Metacognition - Blue pill or red pill?

11 March 2026

The story running through your mind is just code. The red pill

is metacognition. The thoughts that come into your head are

no longer the ones you identify with; instead, you observe them.

When you learn to view your thoughts as code uploaded to your

mind, you are no longer your thoughts. You recognize that they

are merely code to keep the system running.

In the Matrix, everything is code, and it begins with the mind and the

thoughts you receive. The code is filled with all laws, rules, and

perspectives.

Expanding consciousness can only truly occur when you achieve

metacognition. This is the moment you take the red pill.

Most books and films you find online are based on the blue pill. Until a

book or film propels you into metacognition, you're dealing with

controlled knowledge, created to keep you within the system.

Yes, it sounds very spiritual, and you think you've finally grasped it,

but in reality, you're doing what you've been taught your whole life:

imitating and copying.

What you understand as learning is actually just copying actions you're

imitating. True learning only begins with metacognition.

As I said, the mind is a double agent. It helps you, but it keeps you in

a state similar to that achieved with the blue pill. That's why it's crucial

for the Matrix that you think, receive thoughts, and believe they are

your own.

This is the key moment you recognize in metacognition: Your thoughts are

not yours! They are all based on survival and fear.

In metacognition, ask yourself: Why am I like this, and where does this

belief and thought come from?

The Matrix is everywhere. What does that mean? It means that all people

think and receive code. This code is the thoughts that flow into your

consciousness. They are all based on survival and fear, not on

expanding consciousness and liberation.

You are meant to think that the code is the true reality. You are not broken;

you are simply receiving code.
